By far the most common roof solution. Divided Sky offers a variety of shingle options to choose from for your roof repair or new roof installation. Our two most common shingle roof options are a basic 25-year 3-tab shingle and the 50 year architectural shingle (Sometimes called a laminated shingle or a 30 year shingle. The new ones are now 50 years).

26 gauge screw down panels and 24 gauge standing seam panels are what we recommend most. We install both galvalume and colored panels.

Have patio or flat section on your roof? We can help! Most of the time modified bitumen or TPO can solve the problem. Flat roofs can be the source of lots of problems if not installed correctly.
