📍 San Marcos & Central Texas

Install, repair, and replace residential and commercial roofing systems. Shingle, metal, and flat roof experience a plus — but we'll train the right person.

What You'll Do

  • Install asphalt shingles, metal panels, and flat roofing systems
  • Tear off and dispose of old roofing materials
  • Install underlayment, flashing, vents, and ridge caps
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean jobsite
  • Work with the crew to complete projects on schedule

What We're Looking For

  • Roofing experience preferred (1+ years) — will train motivated candidates
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in Texas weather
  • Reliable transportation to the shop (company vehicle provided for jobsites)
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license

  • Present findings and recommendations to homeowners
  • Prepare estimates and close deals on-site
  • Navigate insurance claims from start to finish
  • Build relationships through follow-ups and referrals
  • Hit personal and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

  • Sales experience preferred — roofing/construction experience is a bonus
  • Honest, consultative sales style (we don't pressure people)
  • Self-motivated and organized — you manage your own schedule
  • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly

A hybrid role — sell repair jobs, then handle the small repairs yourself. Perfect for someone who likes variety: part sales, part hands-on work.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to repair leads — leaks, missing shingles, flashing issues, minor storm damage
  • Inspect the issue, diagnose the problem, and quote the repair
  • Perform small repairs on-site (patch leaks, replace shingles, seal flashing)
  • Upsell larger jobs to the full sales team when appropriate
  • Manage your own repair schedule and follow-ups

What We're Looking For

  • Basic roofing repair knowledge (or willingness to learn fast)
  • Comfortable on a ladder and on roofs
  • Sales ability — you can explain the problem, propose the fix, and close
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
